Terms of service
These terms govern use of IntentGrid.com and the IntentGrid products. By creating an account or completing checkout you agree to them. Last updated September 13, 2026.
1. Who we are
IntentGrid is a multi-tenant software service that helps local businesses see commercial buying intent in their ZIP codes and work a daily plan of who to call. Optional products include IntentGrid Pixel, data enrichment, AI tools, and IntentGrid Operate. We do not sell guaranteed appointments, legal advice, or a promise that any contact will buy from you.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your login, including teammates you invite. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, scrape data, or violate these terms.
3. What you buy
Paid plans grant a limited, non-exclusive right to use delivered Priority Contacts and related tools for your own business development in purchased markets. You may not resell raw contact data, share unlocks across unrelated companies, or use the service to build a competing data product.
Inventory estimates, ZIP heat maps, and weekly contact figures are informational. They are not a guarantee of delivery volume, exclusivity, or that a contact is ready to purchase. Intent is not consent. You are responsible for outreach compliance (including TCPA, DNC, and industry rules) in every market you work.
4. Beta Trial
A Beta Trial is a time-limited intro price that converts to the matching Starter plan unless canceled under the rules shown at checkout. Intro months and the no-cancel window are stated on the checkout page for your market.
5. Credits and add-ons
AI credits, enrichment credits, and SEO research credits are metered wallets. Unused purchased packs expire as stated at purchase. Pixel and other add-ons are billed separately. IntentGrid Operate is an optional upgrade priced per account during beta.
6. Payment
Platform fees (plans, unlocks, credits, Operate) are billed by IntentGrid. Tenant-to-customer invoices inside Operate run through your own QuickBooks, Stripe, or Square account and never mix with IntentGrid billing. Taxes may apply based on your billing address.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use IntentGrid to harass, discriminate, or imply that a person has a legal, medical, or financial status we do not assert. Do not upload lists you have no right to process. Do not attempt to access another tenant's data.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided as-is. Data is assembled from multiple sources and is not 100% accurate. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for paid fees in the prior three months is the exclusive monetary remedy for claims arising from the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the update.
10. Contact
Questions: use the in-product support form or email the address on your order receipt. Related policies: Privacy and Market availability.
