Privacy policy

This policy describes how IntentGrid handles personal information for website visitors and customers. Last updated September 13, 2026.

1. What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the product:

  • Account data — name, email, password hash, company name, billing address, and teammate invites.
  • Business profile — website URL, service ZIPs, industry, and the ICP notes you confirm in onboarding.
  • Usage data — logins, feature events, support messages, and (if you install it) IntentGrid Pixel events on your own site.
  • Payment metadata — Stripe customer and subscription IDs. We do not store raw card numbers (PAN). Stripe processes cards.

2. How we use it

We use this information to create your account, deliver Priority Contacts and credits, operate Pixel and enrichment, send transactional email (password reset, receipts, product notices), prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your account data.

Intent signals we show you are not consent to contact those people. You remain responsible for TCPA, DNC, and any industry outreach rules.

3. Cookies and pixels

The marketing site may set a first-party session cookie and load IntentGrid's own analytics pixel on IntentGrid.com only. Tenant websites that install IntentGrid Pixel are controlled by that tenant. We do not use the marketing pixel on customer Operate domains.

4. Sharing

We share data with processors who help us run the service — hosting (Vercel), database/auth (Supabase), payments (Stripe), email/SMS providers you enable, and CRM connectors you authorize (for example HighLevel). We share data if required by law. We do not sell contact lists harvested from your account to other IntentGrid customers.

5. Retention

Account and billing records are kept while the account is active and as long as needed for tax, dispute, and security logs. You may request deletion of an account; we will remove or anonymize personal account fields except records we must keep by law.

6. Your choices

You can update profile fields in the portal, reset your password, and ask us to export or delete your account. For privacy requests, use in-product support and include the email on the account.

7. Children

IntentGrid is a business product. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

8. Contact

Privacy questions go through in-product support. See also Terms of service.
