Opportunity Score is IntentGrid’s ranked “who to work” score for your account — blending intent with recency, geo fit, reachability, and how well someone matches the customers you described. Use Opportunity Score to prioritize your day.

Are AI credits the same as Priority Contact unlocks?

No. Primaries / Priority Contacts are the contacts you unlock and work. AI credits meter on-demand Intelligence features (explain, Ask, scripts, and related jobs). Your daily plan itself is included with the plan; AI credits are a separate meter shown in Billing.

Does IntentGrid call or text homeowners for me?

No. CRM Lite and scripts are non-sending. IntentGrid helps you prioritize and draft; your team chooses when and how to reach out, and remains responsible for TCPA/DNC and all applicable rules.

Do I have to build an “ICP” to use the product?

Accepted Answer

You can preview markets and work contacts without it. Telling IntentGrid who your best customers are unlocks better fit scoring and per-contact scripts — describe it in plain language (services, areas, how you sound). That’s optional depth, not a gate to buy.

How often does IntentGrid refresh addresses?

Address hygiene runs on an ongoing ~30-day cycle (NCOA-style refresh) so Priority Contacts are less likely to point at stale doors. The Data page walks through the full matching and refresh process.

No — and we won’t claim that. Confidence comes from multi-source agreement (intent, identity, and recency). Thin or conflicting signals are called out in plain English instead of faked certainty.

Can I upload and analyze my own CRM data?

Yes, with clear steps: connect HighLevel to sync contacts into Opportunities (enrich and promote there), import outcome CSVs on Reports for Funnel & ROI, then Ask about outcomes and weekly ROI. Standalone CSV enrichment fills missing fields and downloads a file — it does not auto-load contacts into your daily plan.

Yes. Intent audiences and IntentGrid Pixel data can be sent to ad platforms — including Meta Ads and others — so retargeting reaches people who already showed buying intent or visited your site, not cold traffic alone.

A Priority Contact is a high-intent buyer in your ZIPs, delivered from AudienceLab High-intent audiences. Identifying details stay masked until you unlock them (one unlock credit per contact). Once unlocked, that contact stays free to view. Your Daily Revenue Plan ranks who to unlock and call first.

What do Purchasing, Deciding, Considering, and Awareness mean?

Those buying stages come with the Deeper Scoring add-on. Opportunity Scores (included) already rank who to call with reasons — including whether they visited your site via IntentGrid Pixel. Deeper Scoring maps each contact to Purchasing, Deciding, Considering, or Awareness. Without it, contacts stay high-intent Priority Contacts but show as Unscored for stage. Stages are delivered via our scored-data import pipeline until the scoring API ships.

What does Unscored mean?

Unscored means Deeper Scoring hasn't classified that Priority Contact into a stage yet (Purchasing, Deciding, Considering, or Awareness). They're still high-intent audience contacts. Add Deeper Scoring for stage-level ranking — it takes a few days while our team imports refined scores for your audiences, then wins and losses your team records sharpen what ranks next.

What is the difference between Unique and Shared?

Unique means no other buyer has unlocked that contact — it's exclusive to you. Once someone unlocks a contact, it shows as Shared. Unique is about unlock exclusivity, not just delivery.

What is the difference between Delivered and Used?

Accepted Answer

Delivered is how many Priority Contacts we allocate to your account each month — we may deliver more than your plan allotment. Used is how many unlock credits you have spent revealing identifying details. Unlocking a Priority Contact counts as Used.

What is hidden until I unlock a contact?

Until you unlock a Priority Contact, identifying fields stay masked — last name, street address, phones, emails, social profiles, and similar identity details. City, ZIP, and channel availability can still show on the card so you can prioritize who to unlock.

No. You get a living daily plan, not a one-time dump. Buying signals keep updating, so Opportunity Scores and queues can change as fresher intent arrives — you keep working the right people first.

Intent scoring takes a few days to populate after your audience is created — our systems need time to tabulate and calculate it. How quickly it looks meaningful after that depends on your buyer's decision cycle: faster-cycle offers often show useful intent within a week or two, while higher-ticket research cycles take longer because we wait for signals that actually predict a purchase — not just any activity.

Resolution depends on traffic quality and applicable rules; it is not guaranteed identification.
